The Site is operated by Mirza Solutions (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) registered at House#745, St#65, I-14/4, Islamabad (Pakistan). - All artwork, branding, content, and materials on our Site are our proprietary rights and may not be copied, reproduced, or misused.
- We do not have a physical display outlet, just an online store. Our products are delivered to you as downloadable contents

Order Information includes details collected when you make or attempt to make a purchase on our Site, such as your name, billing address, payment information, email address, and phone number.
Governing Law
Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and you agree that the courts of Islamic Republic of Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.

Shipping & Delivery Terms
Porducts on our Site are intagible items and therefore require no shipping. Our product shall be delivered, after successful payment, to you via digital downloads
Return/Refund/Cancellation Terms
Our products do not use a live license verification process. This means that once the product is purchased, you will have full access which cannot be suspended / terminated. For this reason, we work with a No-Return and No-Refund policy. You can read through detailed features on the relevant product page here or on our Publisher Page at Autodesk App Store.
After receiving your order, we will process it as quickly as possible, and you will be provided with your download entitlement within 24 hours. Autodesk will notify you about your entitlement. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before the download entitlement is enabled. Once the download entitlement is active, your cancellation request will not be entertained.
You are responsible for the provision of necessary information for us to be able to enable your download entitlement. Any delay caused due to incorrect or insufficient information shall not be our responsibility. Please consult with Purchase Pre-Requisite on our product page to learn about the required information.
Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using our products for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, rebranding, duplication, or exploitation of our products is strictly forbidden.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Modifications on our Store
We reserve the right to change price of our products without prior notice. The entitlement to our products & services remains subject to the individual product & service and shall be updated on the relevant product or service section of our store. We also reserve the right to discontinue/modify any product & service (in part or full) without prior notice.
